SHIPPING POLICY

If the address provided to us upon checkout matches the exact address we shipped your order to and your tracking reads as successfully shipped, it is the sole responsibility of the courier to deliver it to you. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and you should contact your local post office should any problems arise. Tip: if you're not going to be home during delivery hours, we suggest calling the courier and asking them to hold your package at a local post office for pick up to prevent it from being lost or stolen.

Tinytaletoys does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Tinytaletoys ships worldwide at this time.

Its products within 3-7 business days of receiving an online order, we make no guarantees and will accept no liability for a longer shipping time frame.

Once the order has been processed, we will send you a shipping confirmation notification including the package tracking number.

Shipping rates are based on total order weight and location of buyer.  These rates are subject to change without notice.

All pricing, taxes, shipping rates, etc are listed and executed in Canadian Dollars.

 SHIPPING TO CANADA

We ship Only in Canadian Provinces free of charge for purchases over $199. We have the right to cancel any order at any time with a full refund.

SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES

We ship most packages with UPS or other available couriers to the 48 Contiguous States in the US.

TEMPERATURE/Damage

Tinytaletoys will accept no liability for damaged products due to weather or shipping damage. Chips specifically Pringles are especially susceptible to shipping damage.

Orders have an estimated processing time of 3-7 business days but this can rise during high-volume periods. Please contact customerservice@tinytaletoys.com for updates.

Order cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fee in order to cover labour, time spent and the cost of products being off the website during regular business periods.
